SHIPPING METHODS
Parcel Post ($4.99) : Standard parcel service delivers in 2 or more business days.
Express Post ($9.99) : Next business day delivery within major metro and regional population centers.

All orders placed before 12:15 pm each business day, (Mon-Fri), are processed and dispatched the same day.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders placed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) within 24 hours.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During holiday periods delivery will depend on Australia Post's Schedule. You may check Australia Post website prior to placing an order for impact on deliveries during these periods.
If you need your items urgently, you can check the faster option (for example express post) at check out. We will try our best to have your items delivered as quickly as possible.
If you haven't received your order, please send us an email (customercare@snowyowl.com.au) with your order details and we will investigate the status of your order and get back to you.
As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at the checkout. For parcels that cannot be delivered and returned to us, a re-dispatch fee will be charged for the item to be resent. Shipping charges paid for the initial dispatch are non-refundable.
We reserve the right not to accept an order, or to cancel an order.
Please note that the estimated delivery times stated in our website are to be used as a guide only. We do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
