In the instance that you are not happy with your order, please let us know by submitting an online return request on our website we will happily refund your purchase. Once your return request is approved,the product can be returned by post.

You don't need to pay for the return postage. 

 

To obtain a Refund you must satisfy the following return policy conditions;

• item must be returned within 7 days of receipt;

• item must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached; and

• the Tax Invoice or Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.

 We do not offer an exchange service for change of mind items.

 

 On receipt of the returned item, you will be credited the full purchase price.

If you received free shipping, the shipping fee will be recovered from your refund amount.

 Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Fill out details and click “Submit return request”.

Once your return request is approved, you will be notified through an email. Normally it takes 1-3 business days.
